Whilst every effort is made to ensure accuracy in the content of this web site, SHYU is not responsible for any typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions. The information, prices and terms presented on this site are subject to change without prior notice.
Stock levels
Generally all listed products are in stock. If you order an item which has recently sold out and it won't be back in stock we will offer you an alternative or a full refund. Please note that all displayed products are subject to availability.
Delivery
Delivery of orders is provided by either Royal Mail (UK dispatched) or Australia Post (Australia dispatched) with final delivery often carried out by local partners. SHYU is not responsible for any delays encountered by Royal Mail or Australia Post, adverse weather conditions or out of area deliveries.
Missing parcels
We suggest first contacting your local courier with regards to your delivery. In the unlikely event of your parcel being lost by the courier, as the sender we will be responsible for making the enquires and eventual claim for the lost items. This means that once the courier classes a parcel as lost (28 working days from dispatch), we can process a replacement or refund.
Please contact us via email, info@shyusocks.com, if your parcel has not arrived within the time estimates.
Online Vouchers
Online vouchers remain active for 24 months from the date of purchase, after this time the card will expire and any outstanding balance will be lost. SHYU are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorised use of gift cards and cannot be exchanged for cash. SHYU reserves the right to amend these T&Cs without notice.
Discount codes cannot be used against the sale of Gift Cards & Online Vouchers.
