PROCESSING AND DISPATCH TIMES
Orders placed before 10am will be processed and dispatched the same business day (Mon-Fri). Orders placed after 10am on Friday will normally be dispatched on the following Monday. These processing times are estimated and may change during periods of high demand and due to public holiday closures where we ask you allow a further 3 working days for dispatch.
All orders are fully tracked and you will be notified when they are dispatched.
The shipping times above are estimated and SHYU are not responsible for delays to delivery that are beyond the scope of our control.
CUSTOMS CHARGES
Please note that for deliveries outside of the UK and Australia, your order may be subject to additional import charges. These charges will be payable on delivery directly to your local customs agents/postal service and are not set by SHYU.
If customs charges are refused on delivery, an administration fee and the cost of postage will be deducted from any refund after the products have been returned to us.
If we are unable to ship to your country for any reason, your order will be refunded in full.
RETURNS
In the event that you are not satisfied with your order you have the right to cancel within 14 days of the contract, or 14 days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you wish to return your parcel, please send it back to us at either:

Please note:
- Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. Any returns outside of the 14-day period may be accepted at the discretion of SHYU
- Products that have been worn or are no longer in ‘new’ condition in the original packaging cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you fees and expenses if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with our requirements
CANCELLING OR AMENDING YOUR ORDER
Unfortunately, we are unable to amend orders after they have been placed as we generally dispatch orders soon after they have been made. This includes changing the products ordered, the delivery option, delivery address details or payment methods. If you need to change any of the details we would advise contacting us at info@shyusocks.com, requesting cancellation of your order, and then placing a new order once our team have confirmed cancellation.
If you do wish to cancel an order you must contact us as soon as possible after the order is placed. Due to how quickly our orders are dispatched we cannot guarantee all order cancellation requests. If your order is not cancelled in time, you can of course return the products to us for a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs of returning products.
RECEIVING A REFUND
Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's card and will include shipping costs for faulty items or for cancelled orders. Shipping costs will not be refunded once they have been incurred. Please note, card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.

* ‘Europe (Euro)’ includes the following countries as set by our courier: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain. ‘Europe (Non-Euro)’ includes the following countries as set by our courier: Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Hungary, Malta, Poland, Switzerland, Türkiye, Israel, Iceland, Norway, Sweden Show less. Other European Countries not listed will have the shipping options confirmed at check out.
