Processing and dispatch time:
Orders placed before 12pm will be processed and dispatched the same working day (Mon-Fri). Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday (unless it is a Public Holiday)
All orders are tracked and you will be notified when they are dispatched for delivery.

If we are unable to ship to your country for any reason, your order will be refunded in full.
RETURNS
In the event that you are not satisfied with your order you have the right to cancel within 14 days of the contract, or 14 days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you wish to return your parcel, please send it back to us at:

Please note:
- Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. Any returns outside of the 14-day period may be accepted at the discretion of SHYU
- Products that have been worn or are no longer in ‘new’ condition in the original packaging cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- You are responsible for the cost of the return shipment.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you fees and expenses if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with our requirements
CANCELLING OR AMENDING YOUR ORDER
Unfortunately, we are unable to amend orders after they have been placed as we generally dispatch orders soon after they have been made. This includes changing the products ordered, the delivery option, delivery address details or payment methods. If you need to change any of the details we would advise contacting us at info@shyusocks.com, requesting cancellation of your order, and then placing a new order once our team have confirmed cancellation.
If you do wish to cancel an order you must contact us as soon as possible after the order is placed. Due to how quickly our orders are dispatched we cannot guarantee all order cancellation requests. If your order is not cancelled in time, you can of course return the products to us for a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the costs of returning products.
FAULTY GOODS
If you receive an item that is faulty, please contact us in the first instance to provide photos and as much information as possible. Please email info@shyusocks.com
RECEIVING A REFUND
Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's card/PayPal account and will include shipping costs for faulty items or for orders cancelled under the DSRs only. Please note, card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.
